Spencer Management is proud to offer a service that helps to defray the maintenance head aches associated with commercial facilities and allow business owners and their staff to direct more of their efforts to their customers.   • Coordinate all building maintenance with on-site personnel and/or use of outside contractors.
  • Record, execute and monitor all work requests.
  • Make purchasing recommendations for supplies and services.
  • Monitor, maintain and keep logs on all major building systems.
  • Preventative - SMI will provide the care and servicing by personnel for the purpose of maintaining equipment and facilities in satisfactory operating condition by providing for systematic inspection, detection and correction of incipient failures either before they occur or before they develop into major defects. The complete and detailed preventative maintenance program developed by SMI, will minimize equipment or systems breakdown or failure.
